i have thought of writing an article about rss for some time… because it's something so useful and time-saving… but yet so many casual surfers haven't got a clue what it is… finally someone made the perfect introductory video on rss for the uninitiated… which is much better than whatever i would have attempted to explain through plain words… here it is anyway… take a look…

my hovercraft has been christened vortex earlier this week… after some inspiration gathered during a random im chat with a course mate of mine… he's got a spanking new blog launched recently too… anyway… if you search for sem2007 in youtube… you'll come across a whole lot of videos of the robots during our demonstration last week… uploaded by another course mate of mine… anyway… here's one of vortex in action… :)

the cumulative amount of tension the students in my faculty are undergoing this week should be higher than everest… judging from the reactions and responses of various people… well… life's hardly ever a bed of roses so it's important to realize this early and deal with it… easier said than done though…

i'm still slackin' around as usual… 24 is highly addictive and has got me glued for hours at end… hence… i've not gotten much work done… besides the minimal preparation i've made for thursday's showdown… which i'll just crap my way through i guess… the last presentation i gave was at intel a few months back… but that was a walk in the park…

i hope the effects of my constant procrastination don't come around to haunt me…

what's new this week? well… for one… dream theater's latest album score is out and it's good… three hours of real music… i know many will beg to differ :) besides… manhunt… the much-awaited season-opener of prison break is here… i know more people will agree to the latter than the former… haha…

and also… here is a good place/page to hang out in cyberspace… especially when the .net messenger service lets u down and spews multi-digit error codes… :) additionally… i've a whole lotta pix uploaded in my spanking brand-new gallery… feel free to drop by there too…

the long-awaited episode 14 of prison break is out! terrific episode with a lot of suspense… and touching scenes… totally enjoyed the whole 42 mins of it… i think many of my friends can barely wait to watch it too… on the other hand… episode 16 of the o.c. has this great remix of the classic song… forever young… which got me hooked… especially since i'm in the mood for ballads nowadays ;) time for dinner… can't think of any new places to break the usual routine of food stalls… hmmm…
