i had the false impression that QEII was going to be the new trance club in town packed with shufflers and dancers… i guess my high hopes were dashed the moment i stepped foot into it for the first time last night… sure they were playing some house and trance that other clubs in town didn't… but the huge disappointment for me was that it was a place to sit down and chat… with no friggin' dance floor… and very limited space between tables… and an uninteresting crowd… but i shouldn't blame the crowd because it was clearly not a dance venue although i wished it were… if i wanted to sit around and enjoy some good music and scenic view… it would probably be a great place… but then again… i definitely don't want to just sit around to dance electronica… because i already do that most of the time in front of the computer…
